"I decided to see if my kid's pediatrician (since birth) was still around (like alive), my daughters are now 28 and 26. Long and behold, she is still working, that is amazing. By the way, Dr O'Flynn has been doing this work for very, very long time and she will diagnosis your kid's issue right the first time. You are awesome Dr. O'Flynn!"
"Dr Oflynn has been our family Dr for 19 years all 3 kids. Had to seek another opinion on 2 misdiagnosed issues a few years ago with one of my teens who was having anxiety due to thyroid issues and I was told he needed to see a psychiatrist when that was CLEARLY not the case. The other was with the other kid who an arch issue where at the age of 2 I thought he needed special shoes as he was severely flat footed and was told he would grow it out...Never happened!!! I ended up running all over the place to Podiatrists with him and one instance the Podiatrist was so mad because he said the Pediatricians are not educating the parents on these issues and they are seeing MANY kids now teenagers with the numerous gait problems... I gave 3 stars because leading up to these times they went in for were the immunizations. That 's it. Thank God we are able to look at reviews now"
"While I don’t have an issue with Dr O’Flynn, a doctor is only as good as the support staff who are in the positions to really foul up the care (front desk/office staff/nurses). The front desk has never been good, but lately they have taken a nose dive into the rank of “awful.” Records are “unavailable,” appointment times are mixed up, waiting time today was almost an hour, then the perscription was printed incorrectly on regular paper instead of tamper-proof paper making it impossible to get her perscription filled that she needed today. I’m livid...it’s time to find a new doctor who has an office staff who are capable of doing their jobs."
"I love Dr. O'Flynn - I personally think she is a good Dr. She has been my children doctor since I birth them. She even came to the hospital to give them their first check-up. Her staff is always generous, and kind. And they have been pretty accommodation for the last 12 years. However, over the years, I have spent countless hours waiting to be seen. This last visited really annoyed me. My appointment was at 3:30 in which they called to confirmed, because they always do. But a whole hour and half had went by, and we had not seen the doctor yet. When I told them, I will reschedule - I can't wait any longer. They said I was next, so we waited another 15 mins. We left the doctor office at 5:30. I find this to absolutely ridiculous especially when you've made an appointment. And I do not like the fact, that they call you in the back to only wait longer. Like seriously, call me when the Dr is going to come in. It's just too much back in forth with seeing the nurse first for vitals, then seeing the Dr., and then what ever she determines, shots, blood work etc. See the nurse again. I think they do this to past time. I do not have the patience like I use to have. But overall, the staff and the Dr are experienced and I like them."
"If you want to catch up on the Disney Channel just make an appointment here! We showed up promptly at 1:50 for our 2 O'C routine 15 month baby check up. The door was locked so we sat outside til the door was opened at 2. We were the second family on the sign in sheet and then nothing happened for half an hour. The waiters compared notes and determined that 4 of us had the same 2 O'C appointment. At 2:25 I asked the woman at the desk when I'd be seeing the doctor, I was told "In a minute". The minute lasted until 2:55. Then we were shepherded into an interior cube where we waited another 15 minutes. It took almost an hour and a half to get about 2 minutes with the doctor and 3 minutes with a nurse who gave the baby a shot. If your time has no value this is a good choice. As one of the other waiting patients commented "this is like a clinic". My daughter only had routine check ups so I can't comment on the quality of care. The doctor spent very little time with us and the rest of the staff was barely OK,the front desk is overwhelmed. The doctor has toomany patients but I'll help - I am not going back."
