After starting treatment with him, almost a year ago, my son has dramatically improved his asthma symptoms to almost non existent, except for a few times when he has had respiratory viruses, in which every single time I've called his after hours service, always get called back within the hour, sometimes way before. Always with a solution to the problem, if it's not him personally, then one of his partners (which by the way are as professional as he is). Dr Alea is very patient, makes sure to explain everything in detail and has great bedside manners with kids (believe it or not, not all pediatric doctors have).
