"I have not personally met this Dr. She treated my grandson. My daughter in law took my 5 week old grandson in due to a fever the night before. His fever broke come morning. Dr Melanie Coombs-Bynum said she thought his coloring was off and wanted to do blood test. My daughter in law explained he was jaundice from birth due to RH negative factor. The dr explained she sees the baby all day so wouldn’t notice his coloring and wanted to proceed with the blood work. Had this Dr not been so attentive and treated my grandson like a human and not a number he could have had such serious health issues. Not only do I believe this woman was directed by God but she used her education and helped save my grandsons life. When his results came back she sent him to ER and made arrangements for him while they drove to hospital. My son and daughter-in-law were told if it wasn’t for this Dr in three days or so my grandson would have serious heart issues. She is amazingly gifted and talented. She spent her time examining a baby and was his angel. Thank you for your commitment to helping infants, toddlers and adolescents! You’re truly a blessing to my family!"
