"Disrespectful, rude, and doesn't explain anything."

"I told Dr. Landefeld I wasn’t interested in the flu shot for my 12 month old son at this appointment (an appointment in which my son was already receiving 3 other vaccinations.) His response: “Well you should go sit at Gollisano Children’s Hospital and look at all of the healthy children on ventilators.” I was blown away by the disrespect and unprofessionalism of that comment. We will not have an another appointment with him."
