"I’m a current mother of 3 that go to dr featherman and I’ve never had a problem up until now. They NEVER answer the phones, everytime I call I get “the office is currently closed” message. I’ve sent emails to not only front desk but nurse line also and I get no response. My son turned 2 on January 2nd and im still waiting for them to return my messages about making him his wellness check appt. Don’t bother with this office very unprofessional."

"Stay away from this place! They do not care about your child or your child’s health, all they care about is getting people in and out as fast as possible to make more money. The front desk staff is unfriendly and unprofessional, they come to work in street clothes that are not okay for a children’s office. The waiting room is nice and clean but the rooms where you wait to be seen by the doctor are dirty. My son has been going to this clinic since he was born and at 6 months they refused him care because of a personal family choice regarding his health. Since day one my son has had an ongoing cough, we’ve asked about it several times and they just always shrugged it off as nothing, well now that my son is at a new pediatricians office his new doctor told us that if a baby has a cough for longer than 2 months he needs to be seen by a specialist. Another perfect example of this office not caring about your child’s health because not once was that ever brought up as an option."

"I don't get how they can't stay organized. How you call every day for 5 days in a row to check why they didn't email you a referral, as they instructed, and they don't answer or don't call back after leaving voicemails. How they made us wait for the nurse to come immediately and 30mins later we were in the same situation. Almost 3 weeks later, we still don't have a referral for some routine blood tests. —------- Update : They called and got the job done the same day. They may not always be very organized, but the doctors and nurses are professional, pretty empathetic and down to earth."
