FPG Pediatrics at Venice Island

"The first time we went there the nurse took my kids back while I was still in the waiting room despite me telling her to wait. Just completely ignored me and grabbed my kids aged 4 & 1 and walked back as I’m saying HOLD ON don’t take them! So I was livid within minutes of arrival. I calmed down and she apologized. Then we waited for a while and the doctor came in. Dr. Kahn I believe. She was really rough with the kids and loud and just doesn’t have that warm, caring side that you want a pediatrician to have. I let my issues go and we scheduled another appt with them and saw a different doctor. Different nurse this time. She was visibly annoyed with my 4 year olds amount of energy… it was mid day and he was excited. Well she grabbed my sons arm and held it down while she did his blood pressure and he started screaming. I told her to let him go and I’d do it, in an attempt to make my child more comfortable. She completely ignored me and I had to physically grab her hand and remove it from my child. She scoffed, and grabbed his arm again. I had to yell to get this chick to get off of my kid. She then hurried up and ripped the cuff off him, scoffed again and said let’s go. The doctor that day was quick and impersonal too we literally saw here for 30 seconds and she didn’t even help. Safe to say after those two visits we never went back."
