"I love this doctors office I have two boys my eldest son has been seen by Dr. Tran since he was about 2 yrs of age and continued until he aged out of her care I hate that she can’t see him no more but she now oversees the car of my youngest who she had seen since birth he’s now years of age both of my sons love Dr. Tran I have asked my youngest did he want to change his doctor to a male doctor because he’s older and sometimes boys feel more comfortable with a male doctor but he wants to stay with Dr. Tran because he feels safe and comfortable with her and I’m so glad because I’m comfortable with her and it makes it so much easier when you have a doctor that knows your kid and their health history and the staff is amazing as well never had a problem they all have been nice and always do their job I love the staff there as well but this is just from my own experience ❤️"

"This location has been going completely down the drain! Every time you come in there’s more than two new faces. It’s always someone new who don’t know the ropes or need additional training. Starcy Frick left me on hold for 45 minutes because I was asking for an extension to go to work. My daughter shot record expired the 10th I asked for an 24hr extension so I could attend work and bring her to her appt on the 11th of sort. She refused made me miss a day of work instead of just extending her physical. She’s four it’s not like it’s a 7th grade physical I had to miss work my kids had to miss school. Because of this reason I’m removing all four of my kids after 11 years from this office, location and business. I much rather go somewhere that’s appreciated and welcomed! She’s new but is very difficult. shes refused us services once’s before. When I called to figure out why she told me it’s because “my child had had an extension before” I told her she’s incorrect this child has never had an extension, she proceeded to say she doesn’t have enough workers at the moment to do it, then insisted that she has to see the child because state of Florida won’t allow her. When I’m actuality this is beyond disrespectful. Her tone was outraged and she was very rude I will be following up with administration and further more someone higher!"
