"We have been using Advent pediatrics on Waymont for over a year now. From our very first visit, Dr. Chong came to the hospital to check out our little guy. Then when my son was two days old and suspected jaundice the office took great care of us. We literally have only experienced top care. We originally started off by seeing Dr. Chong . He was amazing however, on one of our visits we were scheduled with Dr. MARK ROQUE and ever since then we have refused to see any other pediatrician. He is so caring. You feel like he’s treating your child like his own. He takes his time with you and he answers all of your questions. I never feel like I have to rely on Google to help me raise my kid. I feel like Dr. Roque is there every step of the way. We have been to this office for wellness and sick visits. On two different occasions my son was sick and it was literally a minor cold but I wanted to make sure there wasn’t something else underlying. Both times we came in we were seen by a nurse practitioner or a doctor and was reassured. The nurses at this practice are great and we typically have the same nurse. She never makes us wait but at the same time she never rushes and is very friendly. We have no complaints what so ever!! Love love love this practice for our family!!!"

"Had an appt this morning at 8:30AM and arrived 16 minutes late due to an accident on I4. I explained the situation to the font desk person and that I drove an hour to get to the appoint for my sons shots. But, because it was 1 minute past their 15 minute "cut off" they cancelled my appointment and asked me to come back. Will gladly be switching dr offices as we've used them for both children for years and the one time we're "late" they don't care. Disappointed in the service."

"Was bringing in my nephew Yandel appt June 8th! Had the appt for weeks and told why we needed the appt. Now get a call 2 days before asking for requests from previous medical records??? Why wait two weeks to ask this??? Risking his health with his teeth issues??? He needed to be evaluated by a doctor to be able to go to get his teeth work done. I’ve never ever experienced anything like this with Orlando Health! Then they tell them they take Aetna better health only for one doctor and try to turn them away stating if your child gets sick you can’t bring them unless Christy is here! What a horrible pediatric office! They do not care for kids at all!"
