"Every time I show up on time for my infant appointment, POCF are very inconsiderate for your time for 45min to an hour wait before being seen. I understand about emergencies, but if you have a patient show up early or on time for their appointment, communication about the wait would truly help to avoid frustration. I really hope they fix there schedule to be more proficient ."

"Dr. Umeh is the absolute best. I’ve been coming here for almost two years. But I will be looking for another pediatric. EVERY SINGLE time I have an appointment I end up waiting for almost two hours to be seen. The Asian lady in the front is incompetent. She charges me more than what she needs to EVERY time and for some reason can never refund it only give a “credit” she’s also a little rude and not kid friendly. The only reason I keep coming back is because I absolutely love Dr. Umeh but I simply don’t have the time to be sitting in a waiting room for almost two hours every appointment."

"Sick Child Appointment is Atrocious. I arrived at my 10:15 appointment at 9:50 and followed their instructions to call before coming inside, the phone service said the phone was busy. I called repeatedly and never got an answer. I called the main number and they put me on hold for over 15 minutes. I called back and the main person said the phones were too busy and they couldn't transfer me. After 1 hour of waiting I walked inside. There was a woman on the phone and bothered to even say hello. I found out why they couldn't pick up the phone. Conversation seemed very interesting. Then I was miraculously called as soon as I walked in. I was approached by the rudest person at a pediatric office. She had the audacity to say I was late, that's why I was never called. I told her I followed their COVID protocol and she said I should have just walked in. Completely acted like I was an inconvenience to their day. Then I was told to walk around the side of the building and wait for the nurse in the other door. When I walked there it was locked with a single chair outside. I confirmed with the rude person and she rolled her eyes and said you have to sit there and wait for the nurse. Imagine a feverish 3 year old waiting in the heat for 10 min for a COVID test . The triage here is the worst and I would rather drive 30 min away and deal with the other office that to deal with the front desk person again. Worst experience when you already have a sick child. Ridiculous."
