"There was no way to contact them because the doctor was off for 2 weeks and I needed an insurance issue fixed. They have no on-call doctor, no answering service. I am waiting 2 weeks to find out what the nodule on my lung is because no one is available."

"If I could give less than one star I would. Was told to arrive 15 minutes early for a 3 o’clock appointment. Had already completed paperwork prior so I don’t know why I had to arrive early. Then waited for an hour and never was called in to see the doctor. Asked for my copay to be refunded and left. Was never offered an explanation or reason for delay. Poorest office management I have ever encountered. From reading other reviews it seems this is a regular occurrence. Why do doctors feel that their time is more important than everyone else’s. Do not go to this doctor, there are plenty of others in this area."

"My mother is been a patient of this practice since 2016 and recently switched to another practice I believe what has gone on here is gross negligence, and medical malpractice. She’s been treated for sleep apnea and she has a severe case of pulmonary disease which has gone undetected and not treated. She ended up in the hospital this week which we thought was a cardiac issue which again went non-treated by Dr Kersch and she had to have cardiac surgery which turned up no results because it was a pulmonary issue with severe disease. Each doctor kept placing blame on the other doctor. Now we’re back at stage one with pulmonary disease. Be careful of this practice. They only put emphasis on sleep apnea not to mention you have to wait an extensive amount of time to see this doctor do your research I’m in the process of filing a lawsuit against this practice, and the practice of the cardiac Dr. Kersch for negligence medical malpractice and punitive damages run do not walk to another practice. My mother has gone through years of unnecessary grief due to this practice and this doctor I don’t know what’s going on in the villages and Lady Lake with the sub par doctors but I’m not letting this happen to another person when she is out of a three week rehab the gloves are off get your attorneys ready because you’re going to need them"

"If a patient has a appointment, they shouldn't have to wait 45 minutes without seeing a doctor. This office told me, well the doctor is busy. Well so am I. Double booked, worst reason ever. This Doctor needs to work on his time management. Quality of care is lacking. Grievance, its there if i want to go that route. Not so good for them."
