"WORST Doctors office I have dealt with. We've been at this office maybe 2 months! They love this thing called a patient portal that they do not like to use, but they expect you to use it for medication refills! Going on day 4 and still no medication refill! Promised phone calls from their "call center" and so called "office" and still no phone calls. They just like to send emails to the office and expecting them to be proactive and do the right thing. Boy are we wrong! Also the office is ALWAYS disgusting! Especially the waiting area. And the girl I spoke to doesn't care about her job, you'll get hung-up on."
