"Went in to have my daughter checked out and with my job I can't exactly set an appointment. Walked in at 6 pm when they close at 730 pm. Door closed no one waiting and still can't get my daughter looked at! Might as well close down at 6 pm if your doctor doesn't want to work past 6 pm."
"Nurse practitioner Amanda was lovely and friendly. Intelligent and quick! Her nurse was lovely as well dark hair can’t remember her name but they treated my son and took very good care of him and we couldn’t be happier. Will be back! Thank you!"
"It is not a “minute clinic” and it should not be listed as a walk-in. I went to this location and it was completely empty by the time I arrived, however, the NP told me that services were available by appointment only. I told her that I was hoping to be seen at least the same day since I had a fever. She still told me that I needed to make an appointment for the day after. She then proceeded to say “you can go to an urgent care”. I understand this is not an ER and their services are limited, but the health care service is questionable to say the least."
"That Laquisha girl is a piece of work. She is nasty and non compassionate. No wonder she works at CVS and not a real hospital. She is abrupt and heartless. I just went there thinking i had an appointment. I have had been in debilitating pain for 3 days now due to having strep throat. My husband made me an appointment thinking it was for today, which is Sunday but it was for Monday instead. I sat and waited for nurse to come. When she showed up she asked me to make an appointment. I tried and let her know that there are no appointments available. She then proceeded to say that she has morning duties and phone calls to make and will only see me if there is a no show. I told her it can be really quick and I probably just need some augmentin as my throat feels like I have knives piercing through it. She said that's not how it works and basically I am out of luck because she is by herself today and she has morning duties to do. We got into it a little bit and I called her out on not having any ccompassion. She was very abrupt and just didn't care. I sat there looking like a total hot mess. My voice sounded like I was dying and I was very vulnerable and yet she refused to see me... this is just crazy to me. It's supposed to be a walk in clinic. She could have said something like "give me 5 minutes and I'll see you real quick"... apparently it's too much to ask nowadays."
"I was very pleased. I got a physical here. Kathleen the NP on duty was cheerful, quite knowledgeable and had great skills, which quickly put me at ease. I had to book early in the morning to get a spot, but the process was smooth and easy after that. You do have to sign in at the kiosk so have your confirmation number handy."
