"Terrible wait time. Came in for appointment at 2:45 didn’t go back until 3:20 (within that time another patient came in stated their appointment was after my daughters and was still called back before my daughter). Last appointment she had blood drawn to check for lead but apparently before it got to the lab it clotted ( I was NEVER informed, they told me then and retook her blood) I made the appointment to just to talk about what to do about my daughters pooping problems and it ended up being a 3 hour appointment. Add to it, last appointment(only 3 weeks prior to this visit today 10-16-2019) she had her year one shots but they didn’t have one so they were just gonna do it today, well after her doctor left after we talked about the actual reason we were there she said it’d be about 10 minutes and she’d get her shot from the nurse and we could go, so fast forward about 40 minutes and STILL no shot, keep in mind my grandmother is in the waiting room watching A LOT of others get in and out fast as heck! Switching her pediatrician after today, we really loved the doctor she saw (Dr. McLean) she’s amazing and does anything in her power to help and my daughter really liked her, if she were in another office we’d be heading there so there are absolutely no complaints about her."

"Just want a pay check, will keep you coming for the money. Neglect to treat patients. You have to demand things for your kids.Tells you what they can't do and its a lie most of the time, their just lazy. I call stated my kid needed a referral to see a cardiologist for irregular heart beats, the staff calls and leave a voicemail stating to take the kid to the Er and that patient was suppose to find another Pcp. How rude! Last Pedicatric you should take your kid too. Unprofessional and mainly the doctors/Nurses and have the nerves to have attitudes. Lazy and can't love their jobs. They deserve zero stars, deserve to be shut down. The assistants except one deserves an awards. Glad we have a new patient appointment coming up on the 23rd, Everything must go including them in my Katt Williams voice."

"I thought they were nice good people but I refused a flu shot and the doctor kept fighting with me. After refusing 4 times and the doctor really trying to pressure me into something I had already said no to more than once she slammed the door on her way out. Very unprofessional. She made my son even more upset than he needed to be. Please go to someone else."

"I took my kids there for yrs they grew up there just about . Dr. S. was an awesome Doctor and person! So kind and compassionate . I will never forget her! Sad I didn't know she died till I called to make an appointment , I didn't get to say goodbye or pay my respects . I was referred to her by another Dr . She was on call for one weekend. I been going to her ever since . This is sad to see the name changed and her practice getting bad reviews I hope they can change that and bring it back like it was out of respect for Dr. Schick. And Kelly is awesome also! I never had a bad experience there, and they took good care of my kids and if I needed her she called me back and so did the others. Most of the time I was able to get appointments at last minute if my kids were sick and needed to be seen. I do agree that there have been some rude people over the yrs , I have felt that myself , but I just ignored it or told the Dr . If you would of told Dr. S she would not of put up with that one bit . Not her fault. In life nothing is perfect ! But to me I always felt welcome there and my kids enjoyed going there . Maybe people were having a bad day you never know. People make mistakes. I hadn't been there in awhile so I can't really judge, I can only tell you my past experiences from going there for yrs. RIP Dr .Schick We love you ! ❤ I hope to see some good reviews again."

"The star i have given this place is for the staff there. They seem to be good but the Dr who has replaced Dr Schick needs to get her stuff together. This is the 2nd time my stepson has missed his medication refill because the Dr has to review his case and did not do so when we first called for his refill. She has scheduled a testing and given us a referral to a place that does not even perform that type of testing as well as not telling us about the referral and receiving it in the mail 5 days after the test was to be performed by (paperwork says it was ordered a month before.) I am now switching his pediatrician to Lakeside Peds where I know he will receive excellent care."
