"Always caring and will even call you back after hours. I called late one night and did not leave a message. 10 minutes later Dr Jimenez called me. I wasnt happy about the staffing change several years ago... i loved them, but thats ok. And to the crackpot review by Pinball Illuminati ...no his name is NOT Dan Jimenez. You should really delete your crazy review."

"I used to go to this office for over 8 years dr. Jimenez was a trustworthy and nice doctor. Then his staff changed he brought in his wife and everything went downhill. She is the most miserable person I've ever met don't expect a smile or good bedside manners I don't even know if she knows what she's doing. The front desk and manager are horrible unfriendly and miserable. They also overcharge so if your self pay be careful they overcharged me by $100 they can keep it! Don't waste your money or time there's way too many good pediatricians out there to put up with this nonsense. I mean who wants the doctor that doesn't listen to the issues your child has! Take my advice and go elsewhere"

"Dr. Jimenez and Dr. Silva are amazing people and the best doctors you will find. They will always go the extra mile with your child's best interest at heart. In an emergency I have peace of mind knowing I can reach out to them for their advice via the on call number and they have even seen our son after hours. You won't find care like this anywhere else. "Dr. Jimenez saved my son's life. I have no doubt about this. Four years ago my son was born and I was not making any milk. The staff in the birthing wing of Wesley Chapel Hospital told me I didn't know what I was talking about when I complained that my new born couldn't be woken for 8 hours, he had no BM's, and no wet diapers. He screamed all day and night to only get sleep when his poor starving body passed out. I told them that I wasn't making milk and they told me that I just didn't want to breastfeed badly enough. I will never forget that horrible time and I will never forget Dr. Jimenez calling me up after a bilirubin count had just been processed on my son and told me to go get formula right now. I did as he said and that little baby ate so much and so fast he spit up. By the very next morning he was no longer yellow. He finally had slept. I walked into the office and Dr. Jimenez said "I have never seen a child turn around that fast." I read more and more of these posts of people's babies dying of starvation and the mother being shamed for thinking she can't breast feed. Dr. Jimenez you saved my son's life and I will never forget this."

"Wow, totally unbelievable review I just read. His first name is Jose. Middle name is either Daniel or Diego. There are tons of Jose Jimenez's. That is so out of character for him, that I just don't believe it. If going off of that review I would suggest doing a background check on him and see if anything comes up, because that is slander if not. Anyways back to my review of him. We switched from Pediatric Partners of Zhills when my oldest was 6 months about 10 years ago. We have loved it ever since, he has even opened up the office after hours on a Friday with his son in tow (his wife had just had their baby too so he should've been home with them). How many doctors would just send you to an Urgent Care or ER. He cares, and him and the staff get to know your family. It is like they are apart of the family. Please don't go off of the other review, give him a chance, and research that and find out if it is actually true or not."
