"I have called 4 times to get my son's medical records transferred to a new pediatrician. Every time I call, they give me a new reason as to why I can't get them or why they cannot fax them over to the new pediatrician. My son is a month behind on seeing a doctor now because they don't have access to his records. When I called again for my new reason, the lady at the desk hung up on me. It genuinely sounds like they don't know what they're doing so they make excuses. I know they're not too busy-read the other reviews on how many people won't go there again. As for Maria, she's a good doctor and very kind. She needs new staff or they're going to run her practice in the ground."

"I like the doctor but I can NEVER GET THROUGH! THEY LITERALLY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! So unfortunately I will be forced to find another pediatrician which makes me very upset because everything else is great here. But if they NEVER answer the phone, I can't utilize them. It's pointless."
