"My appointment was at 9:30. They asked me to be there by 9 so I could go through the new patient process. It’s literally storming as I’m head there and I pull up at 9:17. The lady’s up front sat there and discussed with each other if I should be seen or not because of what time I showed up. She told me I would have to reschedule another month out. She also said if I would have walked in at 9:15 she would have let me be seen. 2 minutes past the cut off time. I’ve heard great things about doctor urda but seems to me he needs to replace the girls up front. They are not very welcoming at all. It’s took me many months to find a doctor that is taking new patients because of Covid it’s really hard right now. The past 6 months I have had some horrible health issues going on that I can’t figure out. With that being said I’ve been looking forward to this appointment. Let’s hope and pray nothing happens to me while I sit back and wait another month to be seen."

"I called Dr. Urda’s office Tuesday, 7/27/21 because I was suffering from pains in my stomach and a severe case of vertigo. The promptly made me an appointment for the same day. When I arrived, I was feeling very bad and the receptionist checked me in. Then in no more than 2-3 minutes, Chris called me back. I did not have to wait more than 2-3 minutes until Dr.Urda came. He addressed all of my problems that I was presenting that day. He explained that I should finish the antibiotics that he had called in for the UTI. He gave me 2 more prescriptions to help with the vertigo. I have a return visit on August 4."
