"After being late on my first outing with my 5 day old #FirstTimeMom, I was stressed! The entire staff from Regina, my nurse, and Dr. Mousa were absolutely amazing with how they treated me and my newborn. I felt like a new member to a family. The nurse talked to me with care with what she was doing and Dr. Mousa answered all my questions. Before we left they offered if I wanted to breast feed and my newborn hadn’t been wanting to BF; he finally fed for the first time. Highly recommend this amazing team."

"I switched to this office in 2021 when our first pediatrician told our family to leave because we don't wear facemasks. We believe in science, not bully/mob mentality. Navarre Pediatrics demonstrated common sense and respect for family choice on masks. I have 5 children, teens and younger children. We see Dr. Mousa and love her. She did not pressure me to get the Covid vaccine for my children, just offered it and respected our decision. I appreciate having a doctor who values parent decisions in health-care and isn't manipulative based on politics! The front staff are competent and respectful. Highly recommend."

"Had a job interview and it went pretty well was told they'd have a decision by end of the week. End of the week came and never heard back. Called the following Monday and was told Wednesday they'd have a decision. Wednesday came and went and never heard back. Waited till Friday to call and let a voice message. Never got a call back. Unprofessional and unnecessary. If I didn't get the job just let me know instead of wasting my time."

"Dr.mousa is great but literally sit in the exam room for over an hour every single time. Even if we are the first appointment and in the door as soon as they open."

"Is there just no competition for pediatrics here in Navarre? My first time taking my son here. Appointment was set for 2PM. I was running behind, called ahead, they said it was fine. Got there at 2:10. Told to sit and wait. You know how that is. 2:30 - Brought back to patient room. 2:45 - Nurse takes my son for vitals. 3:25 - Finally see the doctor. This isn't how you run a business. Good thing my son didn't die of boredom (well, he sort of did, because you know how kids are these days) And you can't blame it on coronavirus, I mean, plenty of workers here not wearing masks, so can't be much of an issue. If you can't handle the amount of patients at the same time, please don't waste our time by booking overlapping appointments. Now, there is a slight caveat, I was able to get him seen on the same day of making an appointment. But I would rather have a more accurate time and less waiting around. We have our own businesses or lives to handle. The doctor seemed nice and was able to confirm my guess as to the concern I had for my son's issue very quickly. Thanks."
