"make sure your insurance is being utilized because even though i asked them several times at the navarre location, they had never even filed a claim for my insurance! also they do not make follow up or routine care appointments for your braces, that’s on you, not sure how we’re supposed to KNOW how often we need to be seen but, they will not go out of their way to make appointments, atp , i wish i could just switch to a new orthodontist but we’re too far along now they were sending the insurance claim to alabama for some reason even the my insurance card they took a copy of says massachusetts!!!! but the lady on the phone at fishbein acted like how dare i suggest she call the insurance company, you know, their JOBBBB, so i had to take time out of my work day to call to find out a claim had never even been submitted to my insurance but had been submitted to some random insurance company in alabama!!!!!! absolutely ridiculous edited because the office manager did reach out to me and resolve the situation, so hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else."

"My son just got his braces put on yesterday and we had a fantastic experience! The receptionist was absolutely wonderful, she made us feel welcome and was very personable and compassionate. She truly made us feel special! Also, Jessica and the Doctor took excellent care of my son while applying his braces and made sure to thoroughly answer any questions we had!"

"This staff is amazing! If you're going to have to spend a few thousand dollars on braces, do it where the staff is super nice, explains everything, and then gives your kid ice cream when they're done. Only downside is that they're super busy so it's not always easy to reschedule if needed, etc but that's because they're top notch so everyone wants to go there. Worth the wait though."
