"Been using this facility for many.many years....it used to be the BEST... now it is AWFUL the staff in the office are lazy and rude and immediately blame EVERYTHING on covid not hearing a word you say. Child has debris from yard work in her eye and the front desk says "oh sounds like Covid" regardless of the fact that she does NOT have covid. I assume they get kickbacks for testing smh time to find a new facility. One that actually cares about what is really wrong with children and not just their numbers. Smh SAVE YOURSELF TONS OF WASTED TIME AND GO ELSEWHERE."
