"We have submitted two rollover forms to a valid receiving institution to rollover our Maryland 529 to another 529, and Intuition has ignored our rollover forms and sent us spam in the mail, email, and phone in response. We are pursuing counsel to determine how we can compel the company to comply with federal IRS regulations. Avoid."

"You could put your money for college in your mattress. Or you could give it to Intuition. Either way you get paid no interest on your money, in spite of what your contract with intuition says. The benefit of keeping your money in your mattress is that you can access it, unlike the situation with Intuition. "They manage the MD 529 Prepaid Trust. There have been enormous issues since they started managing the plan. They have taken account holders' earning (over a period of two decades) under the guide of "earnings miscalculation." They have frozen earnings for rollovers, shorting weighted average tuition, delayed payments, and given excuses. Instead of working with Account Holders to restore earnings that they have wiped out, they have hired lawyers and lobbyists. The MD legislature has had to introduce an emergency bill to try to get a resolution. Do some research and make sure Intuition is NOT involved in your “investment.” This is a nightmare."
