"Terrible in person financial aid employees, and on the phone is even worse. I always get the wrong information. Most of the times all I've received is attitude from them ( North campus) a couple of them are knowledgeable, but those ones are rarely at the window. I avoid going to the financial aid office, due to the fact that I feel intimidated by them. I just try to figure out the issues on my own."

"I went to give a talk at their event for the 7 dimensions of health, as a yoga studio owner here in Homestead Florida, I was talking to the people about what exactly yoga is. All of the staff is super friendly and inviting every time I come. This is probably My fifth event that I participated in at this location."

"They were extremely rude. They literally don't help at all and told me to pay out of pocket for my books, when it's supposed to be paid for. My problem was resolved by someone else in a matter of seconds by someone who was not in the financial aid department."

"I was looking forward attending MDC until I keep having issues with the Financial Aid Department. I literally had to figure everything out on my own and when I submitted documents I haven’t heard anything back in regards of the status or if they were the correct documents. The application process with them is frustrating and unprofessional. Would not recommend unless you’re paying out of pocket."
