"I'm a very difficult patient. I'm scared of everything related with a doctor. So my doctor needs to have a lot of patience with me. Dr. Martinez is my doctor for more than 10 years and my friend’s doctor for 30 years. So I know him very well. I had a surgery due to a huge fibroid and every doctor used to say I couldn't have babies even if I do the surgery . Doctor Martinez did the surgery and I still remember his words: "there is no problem you can do it ". Two years after the surgery he did my c section and he was the one that remind me what he had told me. My baby is 14 month now and I'm expecting my 2nd baby. When you go to his office you have to wait but like I said we always see a wait time for good things. You never wait in a bad restaurant for dinner. He is the best doctor ever and a great human being. The staff at his office have changed and they can make mistakes but everyone can make mistakes . Never faced a problem myself. I moved and I am 2 hours from the office and I am still think the driving is worth it just to be seen by the best doctor and Yuma being ever ."

"I have been a patient for about 20 years, no complaints. I gave birth to my first child and was treated accordingly by Dr. Martínez and Tamara Rutledge, Nurse Practitioner throughout my entire pregnancy. They made me feel like family the entire time. I was pleased with the experience and thankful! The billing department assisted throughout the entire process when insurance issues would occurred and work patiently with me. The staff is caring. Yes, they are very busy and have always been specially when Dr. Martínez may have an emergency at the Hospital. They focus on your needs as a patient. The Doctors take their time with you to answer and explain every question, which is very unusual now a days. They won’t let you leave with doubts. I recommend to anyone with patience to wait for a professional and caring Doctor. God bless them!!"

"There aren’t enough stars to convey the level of care you get with Dr Martinez. He always took time to explain everything in detail. I had my first 2 babies delivered with him and I’m pregnant again and I wouldn’t doubt to bring my third son to this world with him again. He and his staff are very professional, kind and caring. I would recommend to any friend, family or women that looking for a very professional OB GYN"

"Dr. Martinez is great. But the billing department is tragic. I have two insurance coverages and I still got billed over $200 for an annual check up. I call and no one ever answers. First time I called and I was on hold for 25 min. I hang up and call back for them to tell me that the billing department wasn’t even in yet. So I thought why the hell would you leave me on hold for someone that isn’t even there!! Later on I finally did get to talk to someone in billing and the Lady gave me an attitude. I had to hang up on her to not lose my cool. Today I called at 9:30Am billing lady wasn’t there. Currently it’s 10:33Am. I wrote this whole review and I’m still on hold. I’m think she probably isn’t there now too! I am going to get his billing issue resolved and not go back. Horrible customer service. Get a new billing person. Don’t be surprise if my sister, cousin, and mother don’t go back as well."

"I was a loyal patient of Mr. Martinez but the lack of service and friendliness from the staff, made me decide, to no longer see Dr. Martinez. I being charge without any explanation and it took over 2 months for the Billing Manager to pick up the phone and to just tell me to call the insurance company. I left an abundance of messages and it wasn't until I caught an attitude and demanded to speak someone superior (which according to the staff, she's the only superior) that she finally answered."
