"At first we were like Dr. Mehta is all over the place but very soon you realize that he's just an energetic person. He's very caring and VERY thorough. When the insurance company kept denying a PET scan Dr. Mehta and his persistence got them to approve. I loved that fact that he wanted to make sure he would be treating the right area or even if it was necessary to treat. I remember my dad being radiated without a pET because it was in the plan to find out it was for nothing because cancer had spread to his brain. He passed after a couple of weeks of radiation. So, that was definitely a plus for me that Dr. Mehta didn't just follow the plan. The staff is good and friendly. They're (some) just very comfortable with calling patients by their first names without asking. I'm used to being called Ms. Jones in professional settings like such."
