"I have generally had very good experience with this office. The front desk is a bit of a disaster (except for Courtney, who’s great). More importantly Dr Kosloff and both of her PAs, Cathy and Meliss, are super knowledgeable and caring. The infusion nurses are very pleasant and caring too, although it does get crazy during season and waits can be long. God forbid I need anything more than follow ups, but I wouldn’t hesitate to go to Dr K again!"

"The NP didn’t introduce herself and came in, I mistakenly thought she was the doctor. Every time I had a question she interrupted me and wouldn’t let me ask it until finally we were in a confrontation. When I tried to figure out who she was, she wouldn’t identify herself to me. Shouldn’t a medical person alone in a room with you tell you what type of medical professional they are when you ask them? She was HOSTILE. Blocked the door. I got past her, opened the door asked the nurse in the hallway to come in and she completely changed when someone else was watching her. The doctor was nice enough but when I asked why my blood counts keep dropping she literally asked me if I “want to have leukemia” and then asked if I would “feel better if” she ordered a bone marrow biopsy. They never have any idea what is going on with my case, and don’t even look at it until they come into the room I’m in. They say the same thing every time, forget what tests they have run. Forget when my surgeries have been. It’s the worst. I cried and cried so much that I woke up today and my eyes are almost swollen shut. I don’t understand who, if I can’t ask my doctors office, I’m SUPPOSED to ask questions to? I’m not a doctor I don’t understand cancer and blood cell counts. I just want to be better. This place makes me want to completely ignore my health and go to an island somewhere to let my health take its course. I’d rather not have care at all than go here. It’s like, nobody WANTS to be at the oncologist. Why treat people so so so horribly and be so mean? People who are just afraid for their lives and trying to understand. Also, I get needing someone to come with me to doctors appointments to help me remember things, but I shouldn’t have to bring someone with me because the NP will treat me like complete dog dodo if there is nobody else to witness it. The NP’s here are monsters. For real."

"I have been seen as a patient since 2016. I waited for a diagnosis as it sat on the doctor’s desk for quite some time until I insisted she read the report which turned out I did have cancer. I am seen by nurses and once a PA. When I shared with one nurse that I felt I had some other issues, I was told I was just looking for things. Turned out I had two health issues to address. They are rude. I was late for an an appointment by 15 minutes and I was told,I had to return in 3 1/2 hrs or the next day but I was leaving the next day. I always wait for my visits so was very upset that I was sitting in the parking lot when her office called me to cancel my appointment. I was told that I needed treatment so I returned to Dana Faber for a second opinion and I did not need any treatment. The treatment Dr Kosloff recommended Was 14,000 out of pocket. the choices here are limited for oncologist /hematologists. very disappointed."

They have come through for me every time. I wouldn't be alive without them.
