"Office staff answers to you rudely when you have questions about your health. The term "medical gaslighting" and incompetence comes to mind at this facility.Why would the staff put blame on a patient always for their lack of follow up ? New patients beware as the lack of professionalism, attentiveness, caring, empathy are at this facility. Please take yourself , insurance, health records, referrals as far away possible. Don't really understand how the facility and this doctor neglected patients during the first wave of COVID and still expect insurance copays and claims to be paid for lack luster healthcare. This is facility and doctor demonstrated poor delivery of healthcare services. The access to healthcare should never be so exhausting. Please aware of a doctor that have collegues in other specialties as they treat a referral to get numerous patients. If you're about to have a procedure, tests, or be in the hospital do not expect this facility to be at full service or attend to you. If only the facility could be shutdown temporarily for rebranding, inspection, training, new hire of new customer service staff. A strong and innovative healthcare manager is needed. Also, Saturday hours should be started for those who see other doctors here."

"The doctor treats my mother for a few years now and she is very professional, knowledgeable, and follow the treatment protocol exactly. She reads the notes very well and every patient is special, she takes her time in explaining the case in details and allow time for questions, never felt she’s rushing us.
