"I was currently seeing Dr Crisostomo for 3 years. Last week after getting my labs and suppose to see him the next day the office called and said he was no longer with the group. Where did he go? I will go to his relocation, as he was the best in his field. Nobody knows anything. Yea I do not believe that."
"The doctor IS AMAZING! He is so kind and informative. The staff is very professional and bilingual. You don’t have to wait long for the appointments and what won me over was the fact that the office is child friendly. My one year old was laughing and making noise and the staff didn’t give me an attitude or ask me to quiet him. In the room the doctor reassured me, after I apologized for the noise, that it was normal and that he was not bothered by it. 10/10 recommend!"
"I truly feel terrible ranking Dr. Cris a "1" as my wife and I love him as a doctor, but his staff could not be worse if they tried. I have CMML, a form of leukemia that was in my bone for several years. As long as it remained in the bone, we were ok, but 2 summers ago, while going to my dermotologist in Maine for my annual visit, spots taken came back "leukemia". My wife and I tried and tried to get though to Dr. Cris to see where we go from here. We left so many messages without a call back. Finally we returned to Florida and went for a visit and issued our complain to Dr. Cris. He used the excuse they had phone issues. This year when we returned to Maine in May, Dr. Cris wanted us to go to Quest Diagnostics in Maine 3 times (every 6 weeks) and he would review the results. Certain items in the tests kept rising (we could see on the portal), but do you think we could get through to his office. We left several messages with the incompetent receptionist and never heard back with results and how we should proceed. My wife finally lost it and talked with the receptionist who first used the excuse "we have a lot of new patients" and second excuse was the old excuse of "problems with the phone system" (even though they had moved their office). The very worst customer service for patients dealing with life threatening disease."
"I have NEVER IN MY LIFE had the frustrations and disappointments I have consistently experienced with this office. Dr.Cris I really hope you see this, you are a wonderful doctor, you really are.. but YOUR STAFF is horrible and has no regard for timeliness and no attention to detail. I have been a patient for 6+ months and these people do not return your calls, do not pick up your calls, they write things down on random notebooks. They do not follow up with you when supposed to. I waited 10 weeks to get a follow up call that should have been made out to me in 2 weeks. Everyone kept going in circles about my medication, they sent it to the wrong pharmacy when I already had it established with another pharmacy, and because of the long wait i ended up having to get a blood transfusion at the hospital when I could have just had a simple outpatient iron infusion. As soon as my upcoming treatment is finished I am dumping this doctor and his office. I hope you he restructures his staff and has some sort of accountability for them because they are getting paid to be mediocre receptionists when they should be working in excellence considering the delicate state of your patients.
