"I’ve been taking my child for quite sometime to visit this office , I don’t have any issues with the doctor or his medical assistants they are all amazing and couldn’t be more greatful for their work . However front desk and scheduling department that’s another ordeal and the reason I am giving this a one star !. First of all they are extremely rude when answering calls and always tend to put you on hold …. And when you get to the office they are all giggling and not even paying attention to what ever it’s being done . The attitude that is given to patients it’s unprofessional. I don’t know if the doctors know that they have such a team giving their faces to patients and treating them this way . I can go on and on on the horrible office visits I’ve had with them ."
