"I went to this doctor a year ago with hormone problems and many symptoms. He did not give me any advise or insight as to what could have been creating these symptoms. He put my on birth control and THEN ordered a blood test. When the results came back he said some of my hormones were off because of the birth control (but I came in presenting with issues I wanted answers for and he threw in an added variable and then tested me so how can we know what my normal levels were without medicine in my system?). Then, I had to pay for another very expensive blood test once I stopped taking the birth control for a few months to get my actual levels. I was in so much discomfort and mentally drained when I came to this doctor and his staff rushed me, were rude to me and every visit that I had there Dr Lederman would ask me why I was there and to re-explain myself. One visit in particular, I had to come in to get my blood results and he came in the room (with my chart in his hand) and asked me what I was there for. I paid this practice hundreds of dollars of my own out of pocket cash (excluding any money they received from my insurance company) and here is the best part: My 2nd blood test results came back, I went in, Dr. Lederman told me “everything was fine”. I asked about my testosterone, he said “oh they must have forgot to do that one”, but offered me no recourse. Then, 6 months later I received an email from their online portal stating my “results were ready”, but was confused since I had no recent tests done. When I checked online it was my results from June (or July) 2022. As I looked them over I noticed I had levels highlighted in red that were out of range. After all my frustration, symptoms, begging and pleading at how miserable I’ve been for 2 years, nobody ever called me or explained to me that I DID in fact have levels which were off and help me. No follow up or anything. Very disappointed in the lack of care provided to me. I even brought my fiancé in with me after the 1st visit because I wanted him to see if I was over reacting to the Dr’s lack of concern and explanations; my fiancé was just as disappointed and dumb founded. Side note: They provided me an estimate out of pocket amount that was due at time of visit via text day before (even though I asked for it sooner so I could plan) and when I received the text, I called them. The lady who took my call was condescending to me when explaining to me their “policy” for sending me the text when that was not my concern; it was sending it so late and not returning my call sooner. I ended up getting upset with her attitude towards me and said something mean and hung up. I was confronted by a manager who called me to defend her staff. I told her the situation and we “resolved it”, but I truly believe they noted my file with this incident, had me come in to make as much money as they could from me intentionally doing the least they needed to because of this. I am compelled to believe they were not ethical in this regard. It’s been a year and I’ve debated writing this post so many times, but I have to get it out there. I want nothing from this and I’m not doing this for any other reason than to help others in choosing a doctor that is moral and willing to help. Dr. Lederman seems to have such a busy practice that he’s almost arrogant in his demeanor. Maybe this is how he has always been, but I was not pleased. Maybe others will accept it and it works for them."

"I have been in a different practice before for almost 5 years visiting the same doctor. When I got pregnant, I was convinced by the practice to see all the other doctors in order to get familiar with them (which is generally the case) because they would not know who will deliver my baby. I was extremelly unhappy with the other doctors and the practice in general, and decided change and see Dr. Sevald, who was highly reccomended. I love how she explained everything to me, she is so calm and kind, and I could not be happier with her and the entire staff. Tawnia who also works there is awesome, and I would HIGHLY reccomend for anyone who is expecting to visit them before making a decision! Elisa"
