"The only reason I’m giving this office 3 stars is because I LOVE my doctor….but the staff there is very unprofessional! Olga which is the supervisor is not understanding at all and DONT need to be working with patients!!!!! I turned in my FMLA documents 3 weeks ago and when I called today 07/05/2023 I was told Melanie is on vacation. I paid for my documents and they said 7-14 days and this lady on vacation . Then Olga felt as though I had an attitude in which I should because of their lack of care and she didn’t even show me a sense of sympathy AT ALL! WHO gave her that position????? You’re working with patients learn to show care ! I can’t wait to see Dr TUNG and show her my review and tell her how nasty her staff can be. It’s not all of them but iv dealt with 4 different RUDE females there like they hate their job or something! That’s another reason I’m writing this review because I HATE dealing with unprofessional nasty people in the healthcare industry. I’m a pharmacy technician and behavioral health specialist I will NEVER treat my patients and clients that way I GO ABOVE AND BEYOND for them!!!!! And btw this is BREANNA"

"Request a different doctor if you are black. She will not listen to you if you are in pain or having any other complications. Her bedside manner is terrible; Very insensitive, unprofessional and uncaring. I had to be revived while in her care after complaining of weakness and pain. She will not listen and insists that things can’t be as bad as you are telling her."
