"If I could rank below one star I would. Horrible customer service. They are rude. They are inconsiderate that other people have jobs too. You can't schedule an appointment, you have to walk in. And again...rude and hateful. If this were for my personal account and not a volunteer organization, I wouldn't be using this bank."
