"Went to Dr Kapitz office in Sun City Center today for a appointment.I arrived at 12:45 for a 1:00 appointment.I had dropped off my new patient paperwork and copies of my drivers license , medicare card , and insurance card in January so things would go easy.This was not true .First the receptionist said they needed to make copies of these items as she didn't do them before so I gave them to her. Then she told me I had to fill out paperwork I told her I already had.She handed them to me to go over and let me know there were some new ones in there.One of them was a paper basically saying I couldn't sue them in court if they caused me injuries or infections etc.I asked what if I don't sign this, she replied we won't see you.The next paper was in spanish which I don't read or speak.She then said I would owe 75.00 for the exam and my co pay .She said medicare wouldn't cover this exam.This isn't true ; medicare will pay once every two year's for this exam.Plus I have private insurance.Needless to say I walked out."
