"They were pushing me out as fast as they could to get others in. I didn’t receive any help for the things that I went there for. Would not recommend this location. Dr. Carrion was dismissing all my concerns and said there was nothing they could do."

"10/10! My friend recommended me Dr. Cruz and as someone who gets horrible doctor anxiety I can assure you that I have never felt so comfortable and safe. From the nurse who took my blood pressure, to the doctor, and the medical assistant who stayed with me after. Everyone was so insanely kind and understanding of my fear of the doctor and made me feel safe. I would definitely recommend this office. Thank you for providing a safe space for patients!"

"This is in regards to their ob/GYN office suite down stairs. Suite 1015 Very unprofessional office and what a waste of time. If you’re not pregnant and have any type of insurance and it’s thru Medicaid like my united health care well you can forget about being seen. Not to mention someone from the hospital referred me here and it was stated that the insurance was accepted here. After hearing the office rudely criticizing and down talking my insurance about we’re not going to start bringing this group of people it’s bad enough we take the pregnant ones. All of this bad office gossip so I the patient and every other patient can hear the whole entire conversation. Smh… then 45 mins later I had to ask” So what am I not being seen”? No! Absolutely not I thought you were informed. Well no I wasn’t but I overheard all the bashing and bad talking. This office should be ashamed of themselves. I can accept the fact about the insurance but the comments are really unnecessary esp about people who have no choice of being poor. It made me feel very uncomfortable and I will never return to this office nor allow my adult daughters. Because I will not allow them to be treated as I was. This is very unprofessional then to leave me sitting and no one cared to say anything other than loud negative gossip about my appt. I will report to the Orlando health Human Resources maybe get some counseling on how to treat people."
