She always takes the time with me to address any issues I may have & she’s truly been a life saver! Being at high risk during my pregnancy she kept my daughter & myself healthy and well cared for, going above & beyond. It’s rare these days to find a Doctor you can trust. She’s one of my favorite people. Such a good heart! Thank you for all that you have done & continue to do for my health & well being. You’re the best!"

"I’ve been seeing Dr Odom at the Lake Mary office since I moved here in late 2018. I’m now going through my second pregnancy and I’m so confused with the negative reviews. I’ve had nothing but extremely positive interactions with everyone, the staff, nurses and Dr. Odom are always very welcoming and helpful. Sure, maybe I waited a bit longer for one appointment, but you got to remember that this is a OBGYN, with lots of pregnant ladies. Someone may be receiving some bad news, or someone may be late to the appointment, or someone may be asking some extra questions. As Dr Odom will never rush you through the appointment, she is probably taking some extra time with a patient and that will slow down the appointments for the day. I can’t recommend the practice enough and will continue to see Dr Odom and the team once I’m done having my babies :)"

"2 quick things about my experience so far: 1) I saw Dr. Odom years ago and she was so wonderful and kind, I've recommended that patients seek her out for year since. 2) I finally dropped my old insurance so was able to book with her again and found she was booked out for 3 months (my recommendations may have worked lol), but I wanted to jump on to say the customer service was phenomenal. The receptionist was patient and answered all my questions. While on hold she hopped on just to let me know she had one more call before me so i wasn't just listening to hold music but you could tell they were busy. I just wanted to say she was really kind, especially in light of some of the other reviews i noticed."

"On my very first visit, Dr. Odom discovered a very large mass on my uterus. She acted swiftly with detection and removal. If you are waiting for your appointment, it is because she is giving another patient a thorough exam and being a compassionate doctor who listens and consults with other woman, just like you. As for her staff, I’ve only had one issue. And it was quickly resolved when I used my voice of expected expectations. Every nurse and doctor I saw at Winnie Palmer Hospital personally used Dr. Odom. If that doesn’t speak volumes I don’t know what does."

"My first visit with Dr Odom was very nice and comforting. She took her time and gladly answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had being this is my first pregnancy. She was straight forward, kind and compassionate. After the first visit it’s been nothing but a headache due to the rest of the office staff. Very hard to get anyone on the phone, get transferred a million times and still no one is there to answer, have to wait forever for a call back or sometimes there is no call back at all. I would often have to follow up and call multiple times to get answers I was looking for. With everyone out of the office for an hour for lunch, makes this even more difficult, Ive never heard of this and usually staff should rotate lunch break so there is always someone there in case of something urgent. Office staff don’t seem attentive and wouldn’t allow me to speak to the doctor on the phone to ask questions. I last saw her when I was about 4weeks and am now 12 weeks and still have yet to see or talk to her directly. My last two visits were not with the doctor and no one asked me if I was having any symptoms or concerns that I wanted to have the doctor address or call me back to answer prior to my next visit. Thought there was another ultrasound scheduled that apparently wasn’t scheduled. Just a mess and added stress that pregnancy doesn’t need. I like Dr Odom but can’t say the same for the office/front desk staff here, sadly it has turned me off from making another appointment and am now exploring my options with another doctor."
