"Dr Odom is great, genuinely seems to care about her patients and has a way of making me feel totally safe in her care. I would happily recommend her and her staff seem great to me, I’ve been through 3 pregnancy’s with this team and would always consider them in the future. Like all doctors offices the appointment times could be slightly improved. But I guess Dr O is high demand as she’s best around."

"FRIENDLY customer service; in-take information over the phone was vague.....took me 15 min. to find online forms they needed me to fill out. Excellent Customer Service would have been to: Walk me through it."

"I will update if and when I come in for my appointment... not only was my general appointment schedule 5 months out. But my birth control consult that I’ve had has been rescheduled 3 times, with the staff giving me full in detail why the doctor can’t make it. I have several health issues I’ve mentioned over the phone that need to be seen ASAP and they have no care in getting me help. I hope I can change this sad one star review."

"Dr. Odom is great but her office staff doesn't care about patients. The worst one is Debbie who runs the front desk. She's unorganized, can be condescending, and when it's your turn in line she takes other patients before you. I think I'm going to have to find another obgyn because I can't deal with her anymore, my whole pregnancy everytime I had an appointment she has done something to piss me off. Or when I asked for something I had to repeat myself twice because she would forget what I asked for, The doctor is great but if I have to check in with Debbie everytime I'd rather go somewhere else, she doesn't have it together at the front and she needs to learn how to treat people."

"Dr. Odom always makes me feel comfortable and when I had issues with my IUD, my questions were promptly answered and resolved! I’ve been very happy with my copper IUD since I got it in 2017! The staff is also very friendly."
