Dr. Christina Shamas

"My experience has never been a good one. I have gone to see her 4 times since my gynecologist retired. She has no bedside manner, she is rude and says snide comments while she’s examining you. She actually hurt my wife during her exam and said something to the effect of “toughen up.” Afterwards my wife bled. I had an appointment yesterday at 5:40pm. They brought me back and took my blood pressure then sent me back to the waiting room. They called me back at 6:40 pm. I waited until 7:05, got dressed and walk down the hall to meet Shamas coming down the hallway. I pointed at her and told her she’s fired. She said she was on her way to see me. I told her it’s too late and she’s not worth waiting for. She said I’m sorry you feel that way, I said I’m sorry you suck that bad. She has a terrible reputation in the medical field. All professionals that I have talked to about her, roll their eyes and say,” yeah I know her” not in a good way. I don’t recommend her and don’t think she’s a good doctor."

"Omg, I have to leave a review to give this practice the proper justice. I saw Dr. Shamus, she was awesome! I did All of my new patient paperwork over the internet on phreesia before my appt, so when I got there, all they needed from me was my Id and ins card. I didn't wait long. It was pretty busy, too. I waited, listening to the beat of a baby's heart in the other room, which sounded magical since I havent had kids. Dr. Shamus listened to me thoroughly, and we came up with a plan of care. She calmed me down quite a bit and made me feel a lot more secure, like I'm in good hands. I then had an issue w/ getting my bloodwork done when I was supposed to, so I had to call to speak w/ her, and a nurse answered the ph, I didnt have to leave a message, she put me on hold n talked to Dr Shamus and came back and we solved my problem. They do blood and urine testing in-house as well as they can send u to lab corp, etc... Overall, Im very happy, and I'm confident I made a good decision choosing this Dr. Very clean office, everybody works hard and very very friendly!"
