"I really like Dr Enriquez she is very caring and very kind. I have been seeing her for 2 years. It’s very sad to say that the office administration was very incompetent of assisting me today and told that my insurance was not part of Dr Enriquez insurance list and I had to leave the office when I showed up for my appointment. I had called months ahead of my appointment to verify the insurance information. I had to verify the information again with my insurance and lost so much time from my day and work because of the lack of competency of the staff,specifically the person who was at the front desk. I was covered with my insurance plan but I was given incorrect information. Very poor customer service experience today."
