"Nick and Paula have been coming to our office twice a week for HIIT training since 2016. They are two of the most genuine, motivating and good-natured people you'll ever meet. They come prepared each week with new workouts that keep us moving to maximize our hour sessions. Their wealth of knowledge extends beyond the gym, providing valuable feedback on home workouts and offering insightful tips on meal planning. I've attended boot camp at the gym several times and love having access to all of their equipment. I wish I lived closer to the gym because I'd be a member for sure!"

"Positives: Friendly environment. Amazing amounts of privacy, and seclusion, free from the ridiculous stares of a conventional gym which is great for olympic lifting. Competition Kilo plates, which is easier for me to understand as opposed to lifting in pounds. Negatives: Pretty far from my home location. I no longer attend the gym that often due to distance & being that I am school and work in multiple gyms, it is not as convenient for me to go here most of the time. For that, I wish there was a gym tier set up for membership.. but this is no fault of anyone's."
