"They send fake quotes in the mail with a fake price to get you to call. I ended up doing a policy and canceled my insurance since even though they said it would be half of what they offered it still saved me $50 dollars. A month later I got an email saying my policy was getting canceled because of misinformation They lied about the age of the roof, the age of the home and blamed me for signing the application with the wrong information. I sent them Wind Inspection too which says the age of the roof. The person on the phone said they looked up my property online. They then said they could write me a policy for twice what I was paying before. They are thieves.... Do not ever work with these people. They likely have lied to insurance companies many times to try and save you money. My new insurance agent told me that would allow the company to deny my claim even if they did not cancel my policy so it was good I got out when I did!"

"I have been contacting this agent for abt month now, one call a week from my end. This agency never returned a single call of mine. I have requested to speak to owner Mariela several time but she is never around or always out on some emergencies, so I left several messages but never heard back from her. I would not even give 1 star if that was the option. Would never work with this agency again."
