"My husband switched from Freedom because he would have to pay $2200 a month for meds. He joined because the rep said it would be $3400 for meds a year. Even the online formulary tool said $3400. Okay not great but we’ll manage. Come time to fill the Rx and the copay was $2200 per month. Now that he unenrolled he still can’t get his meds filled because Freedom didn’t process it until Feb 5th. Seven days after the request to release him! He’s stuck without meds for another month because of their ineptitude. Worst experience ever!!! Don’t believe what the reps tell you."

"It is a terrible company to work for with a toxic environment starting at the corporate level all the way down to management. Almost no doctors accept them and they will probably not be in Collier and Lee counties after next year because the sales are so low. You will make no money with them. If you don’t believe me, just look at the turnover rate for this office"
