"Shreeshe Green finally called me 30 minutes late for the appointment. After all that I get a dropped call and she does not even bother to call me back. I call the office for the 10th time and her phone is a dial tone. Complete joke! What a waste of my time. I’m back on hold again with Florida blue. I am so frustrated, spending months of my life trying to get a simple bill issue resolved."

"Blue has always been good to me. Today went in becagroup plan ending and needed to convert to individual. There were half a dozen agents sitting with no customers. I was asked if I was there for Medicare. I said no. They said they are prioritizing Medicare and they could not help and I would have to come back. I left and called to get a quote and was treated well."
