"Horrible place, they treat their employees like garbage. They cant schedule right and try to change your schedules mid shift and expect you to work those extra hours. Very Very horrible business practice. I wouldnt recommend anyone get a job from here unless desperate. My wife is quitting asap since she was only working so we had money to buy 4 wheelers and the like. It's not worth her mental health nor mine for some extra money from such a disgusting place. Explains why the turnover rate is soooo horrible. I wouldnt even let my worst enemy try to apply here."

"I have been with Lynx for almost 3 yrs and I have to say I love this job. I came in a CSR got promoted to a Lead around a yr later and another yr and I'm a supervisor. If you work hard keep away from the drama CSR's love to cause do your work, come to work you should have no problem. This job is for people with great customer service skills, Communication skills, listening skills, and multi tasking skills.. if that's you then this job is for you. Not all have those skills, and those are the ones that give bad reviews. It's work, they r not going to pay you to just sit there. The pay has gone up and they have room to advance your pay while still being a CSR. Try it, the worst that can happen is you don't like it. They even have work from home and over night shifts. I love my job."

"Great place to work where you are treated with respect and are able to obtain plenty of overtime. They follow strict Covid-19 guidelines in order to protect their employees and I find that to be commendable. This is a very safe and friendly place to work.
