"Three of my coworkers and I have been going here for a month and we have absolutely enjoyed every second of it! It makes for great team building! Even though our classes have been in a group setting, they still find the time to correct mistakes you may be making while learning new forms/techniques, and give you the feedback you need. I feel I have already improved focus (both at taekwondo and outside of it), coordination, balance, and strength in the time that I’ve been here. They have a great culture here that emphasizes discipline, doing the right thing, teamwork, leadership, and many other skills that can be transferred into life outside of taekwondo!
