The insurance companies they put you with audit you constantly.. till the point where I felt it was some kind of audit premium "extra charge" scam. My comp coverage was with FCBI and they cancelled me almost 2 years ago. Just got another bill from them, FOR A MISSED AUDIT ! The office staff is terrible as well. I was leaving messages for my agent with my panicked complaints of cancellation only to find out she quit weeks earlier and I was never told or contacted. There are many more options for insurance. Avoid these people"

"actually Id rate 0 stars...after 3 phone calls with agent got an unreadable quote/email. Agent quoted me most expensive policy under Lloyds!!!! She wasted time describing policy details I didnt ask!!!!! when I pressed to listen to my limits/coverage/etc. she kept talking on the phone. If you need your blood pressure to rise high 160s, do business with them. Agent cant even do a quote right, she listens to herself instead of the customer. And rude dictatorial phone/voice attitude!!!!"
