"Its ironic the ONLY call back from this agency is to address this negative review…. Tried getting a homeowners quote and never heard back for almost two weeks. Called and they said sorry, just busy. Had the inclination that they weren’t planning on calling me back to begin but figured I would give the benefit of the doubt. Had them also look at our autos and same thing, they said they would run it through a different company to see the costs and get back with me. Fast forward, no call back. So I call AGAIN to them and they said the same thing, we’re busy - but no call back for weeks!? Now they say they can’t do my homeowners policy because they can’t write anymore. Apparently I am no value to this agency and they certainly make it clear by the complete disregard and desire to return phone calls and have any follow through. Highly disappointed. So to make it clear, they did not once call me back on both times they said they would. This is an agency in complete disarray. UPDATE: So the agency owner called me and apparently it’s within the tolerance’s of the company to not return calls to everyone. He said if a company doesn’t get back to him he will take his business elsewhere and wouldn’t want to do business with that company…. You don’t say? I spoke with John Welsh and he said he would get back with me by phone and email which neither happened on two different occasions and not to mention my calls to the front desk with them saying someone would return my call. I even told him that I wanted to proceed with the homeowners policy before Farmers said they weren’t writing anymore policies. Either way you slice it - not getting back to people is bad business, ‘especially’ when your actively (attempting) working with someone. Can’t speak about the agency if you have existing policies, but for new clients as from what I experienced, look elsewhere or your time is probably going to be wasted waiting on false promises."

You know, my parents are older and need to additional support and John did amazing since I don’t live in their town and helped with inspections and other items to really help them.
