"Had a horrible experience with these guys. Worst experience and treatment. My father just passed away….. this should say it all. Kindness and understanding should be extended and extra care provided. My life turned upside down when my dad passed I didn’t know where I want to be what I have to do and how to manage all things that were piling up. Originally my dads house was insured and put in trust they have not added the trust to insurance policy. Then my father passed away and now they have to cancel policy and rewrite. After a number of voicemails and e mails to contact me and explain how policy can go forward. They went radio silent. I had to wait weeks until someone can come into town and speak in person. Asked my wife to come in in person and speak to a manager. No one was there. Only one desk with one person. No one else to talk to. She asked for a copy of wind mitigation report and how we can get get a new policy. Their employee said no one was available. Whole visit was 5 min. And my wife left. Half hour later Ben and Glen called with out asking or what happened. They started to threaten me and telling me not to come to their office. Glenn started to raise his voice being a jerk. I have never met a business owner expressing such behavior. Calling a customer with threats with out asking or explained what happened. With our listening to two sides of the story. I would never want deal with such an outfit nor deal with screaming Glenn. DO NOT RECOMMEND."
