"I have NEVER dealt with an insurance company that requires you agree to and pay for coverage (basically sign a contract) BEFORE you are allowed to see details relating to Coverage, Exclusions and Endorsements. I was advised the documents would be included with the (completed) policy. I went back and forth with the agent, but refused to provide what I was asking for. I don't even think she knew what the policy was covering. The quote is worthless if I cant see IN WRITING what is/isn't being covered. I'm just supposed to take their word that its adequate coverage? Or that I won't get screwed somewhere down the line? When a company does that it gives the impression that the agent doesn't know what they are doing, the company is shady, or both."

"Expected it to be more difficult. In reality it was easy and guys where great at helping me with the process. Truly recommend after all now these days people just don't take the time for professionalism and kindness. All you get in life now is people treating you like a number. Cold and heartless. We all expect respect and courtesy. Knowing that you'll be forming a bond and relationship with your family in the insurance agency purposes. After all we don't have the knowledge and experience of selling insurance on a daily basis like they do. I applauded these guys that helped me tremendously. Can't wait to continue the relationship that should be there for everyone always.....Thank you again."
