"I had a feeling when they sent me a cancellation notice in the mail twice in one week when we first closed on the house stating that they hadn’t been paid when they had but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They Canceled our first policy stating there was a change in the hurricane policy. Used them again for a new policy and they canceled us again with two weeks notice to find someone else. They don’t ever return calls and when you do actually talk to someone they will say that they will help and never follow through unless you go to the actual office. Not the best company to use."

"Ryan’s insurance was perfect then they sold our account to Guided Insurance solutions.Guided Insurance is the most incompetent insurance I have ever dealt with. Since December I have been telling the agent I need a new homeowners company. That agent left I was assigned to Tammy from Babcock Ranch Insurance Company and I was never told. Since end of February on a weekly to bi weekly basis I have been telling do not let Heritage get paid 6000.00. Because she waited until April 12 to fill out cancellation of Hertiage paperwork my mortgage company paid Hertiage 6000.00 on March 17. Then paid the new home owner insurance company 1700.00 in April. Since December I have been asking for a new homeowners insurance company not Hertiage Insurance they raised their rates too much. Well all my requests fell on deaf ears. My mortgage company paid Hertiage on March 17. Many many many many calls to Tammy and excuse after another as of April 24,2021 I am out 6000.00 that was paid to Hertiage on March 17 and to this date has not been returned to me. This is totally unacceptable. I have called and emailed so many times and I am still out 6000.00 due to the agent’s lies and incompetence. I have no choice at this point but inform my Mortgage company once again to help me get that money back and file complaints with the appropriate state agencies Ashley Moody state attorney general and the office of insurance regulations. I am forced to do what I have to in order to get that 6000.00 back. This has messed up my mortgage payments too. I should not be ripped off 6000.00."
