"i took 12 cpe credits and they only report 6 to the IRS. I told an IRS person that I have all the certificates and they told me that can not be validated. Global Cpe must submit the credits to them. So, I am out of lock. They stole my money too."
"They stole my money by charging my card on August 1 with full knowledge they were going to close. NASBA, IRS and the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy will not accept their courses for CPE any longer. You should report it if they ripped you off also."
"Our firm was supposed to have an in person seminar with Global CPE. No one from Global CPE showed up. Neither the hotel or attendees were told anything about a cancellation. People who drove in and rented hotel rooms were out time and money. The only information we got was from a representative of the outside contractors that Global CPE was supposed to, but didn't, pay to speak at the seminar. So Global CPE apparently stiffed their speakers, their attendees and the hotel all in one go without a word of notice and no response."
"Has been suspended by NASBA exact date may have been Sept (verify on NASBA site), and Texas board suspended on 10/12/23 Global CPE as an approved provider. Please see the Facebook page for this company, you can find the link on the company website and the current cell phone number of owner. Good luck getting an answer. Please report to your state board. All employees quit due to payroll issues in Aug 2023. Website was down for a week but back up. Numerous CPA complaints, cant log in, credits not being reported to IRS, request for refunds etc. The credits/certificates taken after suspension are not valid. The owner basically ran this company to the ground and left employees and customers hanging. Should have removed NASBA logo from site when suspended but still selling to unsuspecting people via phone. Is this fraud?"
"yeah, so apparently their website has disappeared or is otherwise unreachable. really glad i finished my 34 hour course last month and saved the certificate record - sympathy to any CPEs out there who were in the middle of any sizable study courses. suppose giving a one-star review now is a bit of a futile effort but here i go anyways"
