Kid City USA - Riverview

"I left a review before but here’s an updated review. My child has been going to this school for almost a year. I literally watched my daughter bloom into such a smart young little lady. The director and the staff here are AMAZING!! They communicate so well with things going on with your child. They give so much love, attention and affection to my daughter. They listen to concerns you may have and they reassure you with their actions. Children play and when they play they can get hurt. Every time my daughter has gotten hurt I was told not only by the main teacher but by the director. Communication level is on point! My child will continue to thrive and grow here. She’s happy and so are we."

"I’m not usually the person to write a review, but with recent events I want to be able to provide an honest review for parents who are actually looking for childcare to trust their children with. My son has been going here for a few months, and I can honestly say every day while I’m at work I can trust them to know that my son is safe and learning new things. I love the fact that I’m able to always have quick access to them through the Procare app.They also helped me to connect and work with programs to help my son due to some delays he is experiencing developmentally wise. There have been times when I needed a little wiggle room with payment, and were more than accommodating with that knowing the conditions of our current economy. I can’t thank them enough for all of the support they have given to my family."

"We've been attending Kid City in Riverview since June 2022. At that time it was a hot mess. There was a lot of stuff turnover and no upkeep for records with no food program. I was bringing my children's food daily due to that. However, Miss Holly took over as a new owner and Susan became the director. With the help of Jamie and the staff, this place has really turned around. Beginning of 2023 they were approved for the food program, staff has stabilized and you can tell they are happy in their roles. Susan is moving into a regional role and Jamie will be stepping in as director. These ladies care about the center and the children inside of it. The staff enjoy the time with the kids and my son comes home happy ever day. My middle son attends as a drop in when school isn't in session and absolutely loves going!"

"We started with Kid City USA in January of 2023. At first I would have rated it 1 star, maybe. However, through a couple changes of admin and almost completely different staff, it has become an incredible place. The current directorial staff Susan and Jamie are incredible. They CARE. Any time I have brought a concern or had questions, they've taken care of it. Some days I know they've got to be tired of me, but they never show it. I have 3 kids there and they all love their teachers. I hear about how much fun they have every day and my preschooler learns so well there. They do fun activities, themes, and events for the kids and families and my kids love it. This place had a rough start and I was ready to pull my kids out until Susan and Jamie came into the picture. I mean it was night and day the difference they made. The greater part of last year was amazing and I'm glad we gave the new staff a chance. We love it there and know that our kids are loved and cared for really well."

"My little girl goes to this school and she has thrived!! The teachers and staff at this location really help with literally everything. My little girl is learning her ABCs. Learning how to speak clearly. Learning manners. She comes home and talks about her day and how she loves her school and her friends. Everyone is extremely patient with her as well. We love this location! Thank you to Kitas teachers!"
