I've learned as an independent agent the owner (let's say his name is Joe) could select certain carriers to better benifit his need rather than his customers. By only offering 1 or 2 options for autos (as an example) the customer may feel he or her has a choice but you can go to directly to McCarron's auto carriers own website and get a better deal. At McCarron Ins, there is no general agent with the ability or skill set to handle home, auto or boat/RV you are "man handled" through the most inefficient path of recklessness. To everyone - don't be fooled by their appearance and community involvement, there are other agents out there wanting to serve you with your interest in mind and simply care.
